Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. watermelon balls or flesh, ~4 cups
- 2-1/4 oz.plain feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
- Combine melon, cheese and mint in medium bowl. Cover; chill 1 hour.
Serving size: 1 cup
