WOW, great recipe!! I think I'd also add some black beans to mine :) Oh, and yes, I am an extravert, but I like mustard too...what does that make me?? haha.
Funny isn't it, a label for this and a label for that. I, too, add black beans to my salsa and some lime juice.
As for the mustard, probably just someone that enjoys taking care of her health, and using mustard to replace the fat content, although some do and can use beer or vinegar to support the aroma in mustard, when making their own.
