Cook’s Corner: Bread Pudding Made Easy!

Ingredients:

  1. 8 slices bread, cubed
  2. 4 eggs, beaten
  3. 1/4 cup white sugar
  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  5. 4 cups non-fat milk
  6. 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  7. 1/2 cup raisins

 

Preparation:

  1. Place cubes in greased 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, milk, and vanillas in a small bowl
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Pour over bread cubes.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
